My usual IT guy was not responsive, and UTS happened to come by with some marketing material. They saw I had a blue screen error message and asked if they could help. I thought that my computer might need to be replaced, but UTS completed a diagnostic, fixed my problem and cleaned up a few other issues and returned my computer to me quickly! It is up and running great. I couldn't be happier with their service, knowledge and the friendly attitude of each person I spoke with. It is hard to find this high level of service now days! Give them a try, I believe you will be glad you did!

Will is absolutely AWESOME!!! He always answers the phone when I call, I never have to wait. He fixes the issue ASAP and is very professional and entertaining when helping. Will you arethe best!!!

First let me start this review by saying that UTS has excellent staff and very knowledgeable people understanding your IT needs.
If you're tired of waiting in line when calling support phone lines for various companies, the support people at UTS are always ready to help and there's no waiting for it! Got tired of calling these large call centers when you have to wait in line so they can troubleshoot your issues, at UTS you already have devoted people always standby to help and this is a big plus.
So for all you IT needs, server implementations, network infrastructure projects, look no further than UTS, you will be setup and running in no time, and most important, no waiting time on the phone!

I wanted to write a review for UTS based on the fact that it is really hard to find people who actually like their jobs and do it well. I have found that in UTS with my dealings with Will, Scott and Shaun. For all of our computer needs, UTS will be the choice.
